“In Beijing the last thing Jurgen said to to Alex Partridge was “Don’t lose the silver medal”.

This was a big thing [for the 8] they made sure this year that nobody is thinking about saving it for the silver.  They realise that if you risk everything to go for gold and that means you lose out that’s the way it is.”
