Space Saver Rowing are clever folk – they have devised a mechanical boat stacker using a powered hoist to raise and lower boat racks so they concertina down towards the groung.  As you take each boat off the rack you can lower the one above.  See video of mechanical boat stacker.

These CAD designs show the stacker for three boats and illustrates a dragon boat on each rack.  Of course, you can put coaching boats, eights or fours there instead!
