This month of August we’re interviewing renowned rowing coach Wade Hall-Craggs – arguably the most successful all round University rowing coach in the UK today – from Durham University.
Wade is probably the most successful all-round University rowing coach in the UK today. He develops mens and womens crews to win at Henley Womens, Henley Royal, BUCS and National Championship regattas every year. He comes from a strong background of rowing as an Olympian; this month he’s here to share his experiences and knowledge with you on RowingChat!
Currently the head coach at Durham University Boat Club, Wade represented Great Britain in the Men’s Single Scull at the Barcelona Summer 1992 Olympic Games. He also runs the Wingfield Sculls event on the Tideway each year.
