Auch war es nicht m\u00f6glich, Fitnessstudios wie gewohnt zu nutzen. <strong>Vielleicht bist Du daher auch einer von vielen, die das Spazierengehen wiederentdeckt haben.<\/strong> Viele denken Spazierengehen ist nichts f\u00fcr ernsthafte ernsthafte Sportlerinnen und Sportler. Es ist nicht intensiv genug. Aber stimmt das?<\/p>\n<p>Das Outside Magazine hat einen gro\u00dfartigen Artikel ver\u00f6ffentlicht mit dem Thema: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outsideonline.com\/2414207\/walking-popularity-comeback-coronavirus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8222;Walking Is Making a Major Comeback&#8220; von Gloria Liu<\/a>. Gloria &#8211; selbst eine sehr aktive Mountainbikerin &#8211; erkl\u00e4rt sehr unterhaltsam und gut recherchiert ihre neu entdeckte Liebe und ihren Respekt f\u00fcr das Laufen bzw. Spazierengehen. Der Artikel hat Feuilletonl\u00e4nge, also genau das richtige Material f\u00fcr ein entspanntes Wochenende.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hier sind 3 Gr\u00fcnde, warum Du nach der Lekt\u00fcre von Glorias Artikel das Spazierengehen noch mehr lieben wirst:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dein Kopf: <\/strong>Gloria erkl\u00e4rt, wie und warum das Gehen unsere Gedanken lockert.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c&#8220;Unser Dopamin, unser Serotonin, all die Wohlf\u00fchlchemikalien werden beim Gehen freigesetzt. Und das ist nicht nur die Stimmung. Es ist Kreativit\u00e4t, es ist stressabbauend, es senkt das Cortisol &#8211; da ist eine Menge Chemie im Spiel.&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Dein K\u00f6rper:<\/strong> Du wirst eine ganz andere Wertsch\u00e4tzung f\u00fcr so einen allt\u00e4glichen Bewegungsablauf wie Gehen erlangen. <strong>Wir gehen, weil wir es k\u00f6nnen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;Wenn Du mit einem Bein vorw\u00e4rts trittst, kurz bevor dein Fu\u00df den Boden ber\u00fchrt, werden die Ges\u00e4\u00dfmuskeln, Kniesehnen und der Quadrizeps aktiviert, um H\u00fcfte und Knie zu stabilisieren. Diese Muskeln bleiben aktiv, w\u00e4hrend dein Fu\u00df auf dem Boden aufliegt und sich dein Gewicht auf dieses Glied verlagert. F\u00fcr einen Moment tr\u00e4gt dieses &#8222;Standbein&#8220; 100 Prozent deines Gewichts. W\u00e4hrend dieser Zeit wird der Wadenmuskel des Standbeins aktiviert, um Kn\u00f6chel und Knie zu stabilisieren und die Vorw\u00e4rtsbewegung deines Schwerpunkts \u00fcber dem Fu\u00df zu steuern. Wenn sich das Gewicht auf deinen Vorderfu\u00df verlagert, l\u00e4sst das dein Ferse anheben, so dass Du Kraft auf den Boden bringst, wodurch die so genannte Schwungphase des Gehens eingeleitet wird.<\/p>\n<p>An diesem Punkt musst Du deine H\u00fcfte und dein Knie schnell beugen, um deinen Fu\u00df hoch genug vom Boden zu heben, damit Du nicht stolperst. Jetzt werden die H\u00fcftbeuger und die Dorsalflektoren des Sprunggelenks, wie z.B. der vordere Tibialis deines Schienbeins, eingeschaltet, um dein Bein schnell durchzuschwingen. Am Ende des Schwungs steuert deine Kniesehne die Geschwindigkeit deiner Kniestreckung. Dein Fu\u00df kommt dann mit dem Boden in Kontakt, wodurch der Zyklus erneut beginnt.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Der ganze Rest: <\/strong>Im Gegensatz zum Rudern ist das Gehen kein Sport. Es ist so nat\u00fcrlich wie ein Kinderspiel &#8211; und das tut uns gut.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;Als Gesellschaft betrachten wir Bewegung als Gegenmittel zu unserem sitzenden, Leben vor dem Bildschirm, in dem wir sitzen, bl\u00e4ttern, stressen. Wir dosieren es wie Medizin: Wir wenden Bewegung einmal t\u00e4glich an. Aber was w\u00e4re, wenn Gehen einfach eine M\u00f6glichkeit w\u00e4re, mehr Zeit unseres Lebens in Bewegung zu verbringen &#8211; auch wenn wir noch andere aktive M\u00f6glichkeiten haben? In den letzten Monaten habe ich auf Spazierg\u00e4ngen mit weit entfernten Freunden telefoniert, bin spazieren gegangen, um Schreibblockaden zu durchbrechen oder um f\u00fcr schwierige Gespr\u00e4che zu proben.
