Der Winter in der n\u00f6rdlichen Hemisph\u00e4re ist l\u00e4ngst vorbei, und die meisten von uns sitzen wieder in ihren Booten.<\/p>\n<p>Rowperfect hat sich mit einem lokalen Trainer getroffen &#8211; Joseph aus Kroatien &#8211; und mit ihm er\u00f6rtert, wie viel Zeit ein Sportler w\u00f6chentlich auf seiner Rudermaschine verbringen sollte.<\/p>\n<p>Joseph war besorgt. Er erz\u00e4hlte mir von einem Klub, der 6 Concept2-Ergs f\u00fcr seine U19-Athleten zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt hat, damit diese au\u00dferhalb der Vereinshalle trainieren k\u00f6nnen. Die meisten Ergs wurden zu Hause verwendet. Warum war er beunruhigt? Er hat sich ihre Trainingspl\u00e4ne angesehen und entdeckte das Ergometer-Rudern jeden Tag auf dem Trainingsplan stand. Die Intensit\u00e4t war unterschiedlich &#8211; von kurzen 500-m-Intervallen bis hin zu 6000-Meter-Trainingseinheiten. Und er bemerkte, dass das minimale Ergrudern f\u00fcr die Athleten 30 Minuten pro Tag betrug.<\/p>\n<p>Joseph verweist auf eine <a href=\"https:\/\/d-nb.info\/97117654X\/34\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Studie in Deutschland<\/a>, in der Sportler maximal 10% ihrer j\u00e4hrlichen Trainingszeit auf der Rudermaschine verbrachten. Er weist auch auf einen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldrowing.com\/mm\/Document\/General\/General\/10\/89\/02\/FISA_Club_training_program_English.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FISA-Trainingsplan<\/a> hin, in dem die empfohlene Ergzeit pro Woche im Winter ca. 2-3 Mal betr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Ich habe nur Angst, dass die jungen Athleten ihr Training \u00fcbertreiben und bald unter Rippenbelastung und R\u00fcckenschmerzen leiden werden. Wir sind nicht auf Gewichtsverlust aus. Wir machen das nicht, um Kalorien zu verbrennen oder um zweimal pro Jahr 10 Pfund in 5 Wochen abzunehmen. 5 Mal pro Woche Ruderger\u00e4t ist zu viel. Wie viel Indoor Rowing ist n\u00f6tig, um ihren R\u00fccken zu sch\u00e4digen? Diese armen Kinder&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Eine prospektive Untersuchung der Verletzungsh\u00e4ufigkeit bei Elite-Ruderern ergab, dass das Risiko einer \u00dcberlastungsverletzung im Allgemeinen mit der auf dem Ergometer verbrachten Zeit zusammenh\u00e4ngt, was m\u00f6glicherweise zum Teil durch die beobachtete st\u00e4rkere Beugung der Lendenwirbels\u00e4ule, die l\u00e4ngere Hubl\u00e4nge und die h\u00f6here Kraft am Fang bei gebeugter Wirbels\u00e4ule erkl\u00e4rt werden kann.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Wenn Du also einen flacheren Bauch haben m\u00f6chtest, mach deine \u00dcbungen und betrachten das es als ein vor\u00fcbergehendes Projekt. Aber sei vorsichtig, wenn es darum geht, die Rudermaschine als Trainingsger\u00e4t zur Verbesserung deines Ruderns zu verwenden. Zweimal pro Woche ist wahrscheinlich schon ausreichend. Denke daran die Intensit\u00e4t zu variieren. \u00dcbertreibe es nicht und berate dich gute mit deinem Trainer.<\/p>\n<p>Was ist eure Meinung?
