Leider sind bei uns auf dem Fluss jahreszeitlich bedingt sehr unterschiedliche Str\u00f6mungsbedingungen. Vor einer Woche hatten wir in unserem Master C Achter ein interessantes Thema:<\/p>\n<p>Rudern wir unsere Einheiten entgegen der Str\u00f6mung finden wir deutlich h\u00f6here Zeiten als Flussabw\u00e4rts. Klar ist das jedem. Str\u00f6mung. Logisch. <strong>Frustrierend jedoch dass man dieser Zeiten \u00fcber 1000 M oder 2000 M nicht vergleichen kann.<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Zum Gl\u00fcck ist dem nicht so&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>Patrick, der Schlagmann unseres Achters ist dem Thema mathematisch nachgegangen um eine Referenz-Zeit zu finden, die sich vergleichen l\u00e4sst. Bei jedem Training und im Vergleich mit internationalen Resultaten.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/WRMR-Velence.jpg\" alt=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 729px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 729\/491;\"> WRMR Velence, result chart<\/p>\n<h3>Mathematische Berechnung von Trainingszeiten<\/h3>\n<p>Wichtig ist zun\u00e4chst die <strong>Berechnung des Wasserwiderstandes<\/strong> bzw. der Flussgeschwindigkeit. Haben wir diese Daten,k\u00f6nnen wir die Geschwindigkeit des Bootes und die 1000 m Zeiten bei stehenden Gew\u00e4sser ermitteln. Hier die Daten:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Masters C-Achter: 1000 Meter<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Flussaufw\u00e4rts: 4.12 Min = ca. 14.4 km\/h<\/li>\n<li>Flussabw\u00e4rts: 2.50 Min = ca. 21.2 km\/h<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Folglich ist der Widerstand und Fliessgeschwindigkeit (Vr) des Flusses<\/p>\n<p>14.4 + Vr = 21.2 &#8211; Vr\u00a0 \u00a0\/\/\/\u00a0 \u00a0 2 x Vr = 21.2 &#8211; 14.4\u00a0 \u00a0 \/\/\/\u00a0 \u00a0Vr = 3.4 km\/h<\/p>\n<p>Die Berechnung von Trainingszeiten oder Ruderzeiten als Durchschnitt unseres Achters war also: 14.4 + 3.4 = 21.2 &#8211; 3.4 = 17.8 km\/h. Bei stehendem Wasser w\u00fcrden 17.8 km\/h einer Zeit von 3:22 \/km entsprechen. Patrick&#8217;s einfacher Durchschnitt zwischen 2:50 und 4:10 w\u00e4re 3:30 gewesen.<\/p>\n<p>Dies ist ein einfaches mathematisches Modell. Trainingsstand, Jahreszeit, Wind, Wellen und andere Einfl\u00fcsse sind nicht ber\u00fccksichtigt. Somit ein eher optimistisches Modell.<\/p>\n<h3>Master C im Internationalen Vergleich<\/h3>\n<p>Folglich hat der Achter eine Durchschnittszeit bei 2 Trainings von 3:22 km\/h gerudert.\u00a0 Vergleicht man dies mit den durchschnittlichen Siegerzeiten der World Masters Regatta 2019 im Ungarn, so lagen die Zeiten der Masters C dort bei 3:10 km\/h.
