Wir wollen heute noch einmal darauf hinweisen, dass man mit Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungen die Fitness verbessern, sprich die Blutzirkulation im K\u00f6rper verst\u00e4rken kann.<\/p>\n<h3>Rote Beete &#8211; verbesserte Blutzirkulation<\/h3>\n<p>Wenn wir als Athleten mit unseren Booten an den Startk\u00e4sten sind herrscht im K\u00f6rper Hochdruck. Das Blut zirkuliert und alle Muskeln sind absolut angespannt. In den folgenden 6-8 Minuten werden wir feststellen, wie gut unsere K\u00f6rper mit Sauerstoff versorgt wird und wie stark unsere Muskeln kontrahieren. Vielleicht hat uns die regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Einnahme von Rote-Beete-Saft oder -Konzentrat geholfen, dieses Rennen zu gewinnen.<\/p>\n<h3>Rote Beete: Gl\u00fccksfall f\u00fcr Ruderer<\/h3>\n<p>Die rote Beete ist ein R\u00fcbengem\u00fcse mit einer auff\u00e4llig roten Farbe. Ja sogar <strong>die Ausdauer w\u00e4hrend des Wettkampf steigert. <\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Rote Beete bringt Ausdauer<\/h3>\n<p>Wie funktioniert das?\u00a0 Die rote Beete nimmt in ihrer Knolle sehr viel Nitrat aus dem Boden auf und speichert es in ihrer Frucht. Nitrate senken den Blutdruck, erweiteren die Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfe und f\u00f6rdern somit die Durchblutung unseres K\u00f6rpers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr uns Ruderer bedeutet das eine reduzierte Nutzung von Sauerstoff und mehr Ausdauer. <\/strong>Beispiele: Australische Kayaker verbesserten ihre 500 m Zeiten um 1.3 % und Radfahrer waren auf 4 km zwischen 1.7 und 2.8% schneller. Sportern\u00e4hrungs-Experte Dom\u00ednguez von der University Isabel I in Spanien fand\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2072-6643\/10\/9\/1222\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">heraus ,<\/a> dass 70 ml Rote Beete Konzentrat die Leistung von 15 Radfahrern im 30 Sekunden Rennen deutlich steigerte. Weitere Testergebnisse <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.lww.com\/acsm-msse\/fulltext\/2011\/06000\/Acute_Dietary_Nitrate_Supplementation_Improves.27.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hier 2011 <\/a>und\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.humankinetics.com\/doi\/pdf\/10.1123\/ijsnem.2014-0110\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hier 2015.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Wie schaffe ich das? Anwendung:<\/h3>\n<p>Zusammenfassend k\u00f6nnen wir sagen: Rote-Beete-Extrakt oder -Saft steigert die Leistung. Am effektivsten ist es, wenn man 2-3 Stunden vor dem Rennen 300 bis 500 mg anorganisches Nitrat einnimmt. Man kann davon ausgehen, dass mindestens eine Leistungssteigerung von 1 bis 3 % eintritt.\u00a0 Das sind bei 2000 Meter und\u00a0 bei 7 Minuten Ruderzeit schon 12 Sekunden.
