Sport ist ein wichtiger Beitrag f\u00fcr die physische und psychische Gesundheit und sollte auch auf dem Wasser erm\u00f6glicht werden.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/IMG_0135.jpg\" alt=\"Wadenschoner und Wadenw\u00e4rmer\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 640px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 640\/480;\">Rudern im Skiff erlaubt.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Was sagt der Deutsche Ruderverband<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>DRV-Vorsitzender Siegfried Kaidel: &#8222;Im Einer kann der Infektionsschutz selbst unter Beachtung des besonderen Schutzes von Risikogruppen vollst\u00e4ndig eingehalten werden. Wir waren als vereinsbezogener Sport durch die pauschale Sperrung der Vereine gegen\u00fcber kommerziellen Anbietern im Nachteil.&#8220; Er ist \u00fcberzeugt, dass die Vereine \u00e4hnlich sorgsam mit dem Zugang und der Bootsverteilung umgehen, wie es andere Lebensbereiche vorgemacht haben. Aus Sicht des DRV gelte es aber auch, umsichtig zu handeln und nicht jeden m\u00f6glichen Interpretationsspielraum auszureizen. &#8222;Ein Vierer mit Familienmitgliedern mag regional gedanklich m\u00f6glich sein. Solche Aktivit\u00e4ten werfen uns aber zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt zur\u00fcck, weil \u00f6ffentlich ein Mannschaftssport wahrgenommen wird. Die L\u00e4nder werden genau beobachten, wer Spielr\u00e4ume ausnutzt&#8220;, ist Kaidel \u00fcberzeugt.\n<\/p>\n<p>Der DRV wird weiter mit dem DOSB alles unternehmen, um die \u00d6ffnung der Vereine f\u00fcr das Einerrudern zu erm\u00f6glichen. Dazu liegt ein mit Prof. Dr. J\u00fcrgen Steinacker (Uni Ulm) abgestimmter Ma\u00dfnahmenkatalog vor. Dieser ist ein Vorschlag des Fachverbandes, der in den L\u00e4ndern nach den dortigen Vorschriften angepasst werden muss.\u00a0 Der DOSB bringt ihn f\u00fcr uns in die Sportministerkonferenz ein.\u00a0In den L\u00e4ndern kann er Grundlage f\u00fcr Vorst\u00f6\u00dfe der LRV sein.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Veranstaltungen bis August abgesagt<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Die vorsichtige \u00d6ffnung best\u00e4tigt den DRV aber auch in seiner Entscheidung, bis Mitte August alle Veranstaltungen abzusagen.<\/p>\n<p>Man plant m\u00f6glicherweise ab Herbst die Durchf\u00fchrung der bereits geplanten Veranstaltungen. Offen ist dabei die Bewertung, wann man zur Gro\u00dfveranstaltung wird. Die Grenze von 1000 Personen ist bereits bei einer mittelgro\u00dfen Regatta erreicht.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Was ist mit Wanderfahrten?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Bei Wanderfahrten stellt sich die Frage des Abstandsgebots bereits dann, wenn man im Mittel- oder Gro\u00dfboot rudert. Rowing in Europe GMBH\u00a0 Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Volker Fritz empfiehlt daher die lokalen Bestimmungen in den Europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern abzuwarten. Grunds\u00e4tzlich meint er: &#8220; Wir sind mit 20-30 Personen zwar keine Grossveranstaltung, dennoch m\u00fcssen wir auch bei Wanderfahrten Hygienekonzepte bereithalten. Vor dem Sommer sehe ich nicht dass Wanderfahrten durchgef\u00fchrt werden&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Siegfried Kaidel vom DRV: &#8230;. Sollte sich im Sommer zeigen, dass mehr Aktivit\u00e4ten m\u00f6glich sind, wird der DRV sicher auch Ende Oktober oder gar im November ein Format f\u00fcr den Leistungssport finden.
