Ich betreue meinen BW 2- \u00fcber die TeamViewer App.\u00a0Die Motivation ist momentan noch gut, a aber wenn das die n\u00e4chsten 4 Wochen so bleibt wird es sicherlich hart&#8220;.<br \/>\nIhr habt es alle schon geh\u00f6rt &#8211; Die Athleten kommen nicht in die Clubs. Sie halten sich Zuhause fit &#8211; haben sich\u00a0 ein Fitnessstudio daheim eingerichtet. Ob Alleine, per Betreuung durch den Trainer oder als Video conferenz mit anderen:\u00a0Daheim bleiben hei\u00dft die Devise der Stunde. Die Ruderklubs sind geschlossen, die Fitnessstudios auch.\u00a0Also bleibt nur das Training zuhause.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nicht so einfach- wir haben ja kein Equipment? Hier einige L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze die wir bisher geh\u00f6rt haben:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"http:\/\/rp3rowing.ch\/gerate-mieten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ergometer<\/a> zu Hause<\/h4>\n<p>Es gibt momentan gute M\u00f6glichkeiten Ergometer zu mieten oder per Mietkauf zu erwerben. Wir wissen dass beispielsweise <a href=\"http:\/\/rp3rowing.ch\/gerate-mieten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RP3rowing.ch<\/a> f\u00fcr Deutschland, \u00d6sterreich und die Schweiz 3 und 6 Monatspreise anbietet zu denen die Sportler Ger\u00e4te leihen kann. Ist keine schlechte Sache. 3 oder 6 Monate weitere Ergozeit wird uns auch nicht umbringen<\/p>\n<h4>Zuhause fit: Das Ergo aus dem Club<\/h4>\n<p>Vereinzeln habe ich aus Deutschland geh\u00f6rt dass einige Klubs ihre Reservoir an Ergometer, Bike Ergs und Laufger\u00e4ten abgegeben haben. Ein Club in der N\u00e4he von Berlin in Deutschland hat seine 8 Ergos f\u00fcr eine kleine Wochengeb\u00fchr an die Mitglieder abgegeben.\u00a0 Erst wurden die Ger\u00e4te ausgeschrieben, dann der Zuschlag erteilt.\u00a0 Ein Club am Hochrhein gab die Ergos kostenlos ab, ein anderer hat Bikes und Ergs an die Top Vereinsathleten abgegeben.<\/p>\n<h4>Training mit dem eigenen K\u00f6rpergewicht:<\/h4>\n<p>F\u00fcr diejenigen die kein Erg oder keine Ger\u00e4te zuhause haben: Es geht auch anders- Zuhause fit bleiben kann man auch mit dem Eigenen K\u00f6rpergewicht, mit Wasserflaschen oder mit M\u00f6belst\u00fccken.<\/p>\n<h4>Pilates als Stabilit\u00e4tstraining<\/h4>\n<p>Pilates ist ein wundervolles Training um einzelne Muskelgruppen anzusprechen und die Bootsstabilit\u00e4t zu trainieren. Ihr wisst auf was es ankommt.<\/li>\n<li >Situps:<\/li>\n<li>Bankziehen: Stellt 2 St\u00fchle in einem Abstand von 1,5 Metern nebeneinander und legt einen massiven Besenstiel \u00fcber diese.
