Am einfachsten ist es, dazu einen Spanngurt oder ein Seil unter dem Rumpf zu befestigen. Dies funktioniert f\u00fcr alle Altersgruppen von Ruderern und in allen Erfahrungsstufen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Widerstand verlangsamt das Boot und macht es daher schwerer, die Riemen durch das Wasser zu ziehen. Dies hat zwei Vorteile. Die Ruderer m\u00fcssen sich mehr anstrengen, um einen Schlag zu vollenden, und es macht das Boot stabiler. Deshalb kann auch die Technik verbessert werden. Hier sp\u00fcrt man wie die Muskeln arbeiten, und Ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten werden bei jedem Schlag erkannt.<\/p>\n<p>Coaches k\u00f6nnen dieses Widerstandstraining auf verschiedene Weise nutzen. Von Kraftschl\u00e4gen (kurze Anzahl von Schl\u00e4gen, die mehrmals mit einer Ruhepause dazwischen ausgef\u00fchrt werden) bis hin zum gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen UT2-Paddeln mit zus\u00e4tzlicher Belastung. Es ist nat\u00fcrlich auch n\u00fctzlich zum \u00dcben von Rennstarts (wenn Ihre Mannschaft die gew\u00fcnschten Schlagl\u00e4ngen erlernt).<\/p>\n<h3>Die M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr das Widerstandstraining beim Rudern<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Es gibt viele verschiedene Wege, mehr Widerstand zu erzielen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spannband<\/li>\n<li>Seil<\/li>\n<li>Spann- oder Zurrgurt f\u00fcr Bootstrailer<\/li>\n<li>Spann- oder Zurrgurt ein- oder zweimal verdreht<\/li>\n<li>Gartenschlauch mit Strick gef\u00e4delt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aber vor Kurzem habe ich zum ersten Mal gesehen, dass man daf\u00fcr auch einen Tennisball nutzen kann.\n<\/p>\n<p>Es ist leicht anzufertigen. Ganz einfach einen Schlitz in beide Seiten des Balles schneiden und einen Spanngurt durch die L\u00f6cher f\u00e4deln.\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"  data-src=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/TennisBallResistance-341x455.jpg\" alt=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 341px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 341\/455;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Danach wird der Spanngurt unter dem Rumpf befestigt und durch die Ausleger gezogen. Vor den Auslegern &#8211; am besten n\u00e4her zum Ruderer, damit der Gurt w\u00e4hrend des Ruderns nicht Richtung Heck weggleitet.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Schluss, f\u00fcr den letzten Teil der Ausfahrt, nimmt man den Gurt ab.
