(In Anlehnung an das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitforfun.de\/autor\/jochen-harberg\">Magazin Fit for Fun).<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Es gibt viele Untersuchungen in der Ruderwelt \u00fcber die Gefahren von Rudern unter starker Hitze.\u00a0In Australien gibt es sogar <a href=\"https:\/\/rowingaustralia.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/ra_extreme_heat_recommendations_2011.pdf\">Regelwerke<\/a>\u00a0\u00fcber das Verhalten bei hei\u00dfem Wetter, insbesondere f\u00fcr Jugendliche. Auch der Deutsche Ruderverband\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rudern.de\/news\/2014\/sport-bei-sonne-und-hitze\"> DRV<\/a><\/strong><\/span> hat sich hierzu ge\u00e4u\u00dfert. Der nachfolgende Beitrag gilt f\u00fcr engagierte Breitensportler. F\u00fcr Top Athleten sieht es etwas anders aus, generell kann man sich folgende Tipps aber immer zu Herzen nehmen.<\/p>\n<h4>Einfach Pause machen oder auf das Wetter einstellen?<\/h4>\n<p>L\u00e4ngere Pausen sind keine gute Idee. Sportmediziner gehen davon aus, dass antrainierte Leistung schneller verloren geht als man sich das normalerweise vorstellt. Gerade wenn man ein oder zwei Wochen pausiert. Schon eine Woche Trainigspause kann zu einem starken Leistungsabfall bei trainierten Sportlern f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<h4>Die beste Trainingszeit finden<\/h4>\n<p>Viele Ruderer sind schon fr\u00fch am Morgen unterwegs, wenn es noch nicht so hei\u00df ist. Die Alternative dazu: Abends nach 19.00Uhr. Auch die Ozonbelastung ist dann am Geringsten. Tags\u00fcber, insbesondere Nachmittags, rudern ist ein absolutes No-Go.<\/p>\n<h4>Schutzkleidung tragen<\/h4>\n<p>Sportkleidung, die Schwei\u00df und Wasser aufsaugt, ist angemessen. Au\u00dferdem sollte eure Kleidung atmungsaktiv sein. Schwei\u00dfb\u00e4nder sind ein n\u00fctzliches Accessoire. Und am wichtigsten(!!!!!): Nicht aufs Wasser ohne &#8222;K\u00e4ppi&#8220; &#8211; gerade falls etwas weniger Haare \u00fcber den Augenbrauen vorhanden sind, ist ein K\u00e4ppi unerl\u00e4sslich. Untersch\u00e4tzt die Sonne zu dieser Zeit nicht. Gerade die Abendsonne kann noch einmal stark werden.<\/p>\n<h4>Trainingspausen? Ein Platz im Schatten suchen<\/h4>\n<p>Eure gewohnte Ruderstrecke f\u00fchrt durch die pralle Sonne? Schaut, dass ihr wenigstens beim Wenden oder bei den Pausen nach den Einheiten einen Platz im Schatten findet. Am Ufer unter B\u00e4umen vielleicht?<\/p>\n<h4>Sch\u00fctzt eure Augen!<\/h4>\n<p>Reflektierendes Wasser kann unseren Augen schaden. Dementsprechend hat euer K\u00f6rper jetzt, gerade bei l\u00e4ngerer sportlicher Belastung, auch einen h\u00f6heren Fl\u00fcssigkeitsbedarf. Ein guter Richtwert ist etwa alle 15 Minuten auf dem Wasser etwas zu trinken.<\/p>\n<p>Gerade bei l\u00e4ngerer Belastung kann es hilfreich sein Magnesium- oder Multimineralbrausetabletten im Wasser aufzul\u00f6sen. Auch isotonische Getr\u00e4nke k\u00f6nnen helfen, achtet da aber auf zuckerfreie Optionen. Und wichtig: Das Weizen im Biergarten nach dem Training klingt unglaublich(st) verlockend, aber Alkohol dehydriert euch noch mehr!<\/p>\n<h4>Rudern in der Hitze: Power Trainings vermeiden<\/h4>\n<p>Wenn es irgendwie geht, versucht nicht an eure Leistungsgrenzen zu gehen. Wenigstens nicht an extrem hei\u00dfen Tagen.\u00a0Euer Herz schl\u00e4gt sowieso schon bis zu 20 Schl\u00e4ge schneller als unter normalen Bedingungen.<\/p>\n<h4>Alleine raus? Notfall-Ma\u00dfnahmen kennen<\/h4>\n<p>Versucht an extrem hei\u00dfen Tagen am besten nicht alleine unterwegs zu sein. Auch wenn ihr im Einer unterwegs seid, rudert am besten in einer Gruppe (oder immerhin zu zweit) und checkt euch gelegentlich nach Symptomen von \u00dcberhitzung.
