Ausserdem werden sie mit den Ruderkommandos vertraut.<\/li>\n<li>Beachten Sie, dass Ruderboot-Fitness erst dann vermittelt werden kann, wenn die Ruderf\u00e4higkeiten erlernt sind. Alternative Fitnesssteigerungen kann durch Laufen, Radfahren oder mit Gewichtheben erzielt werden.<\/li>\n<li>Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihre Athleten verstehen, dass Verletzungen durch Verspannungen der Muskeln entstehen k\u00f6nnen.
