F\u00fcr Top Athleten sieht es etwas anders aus.<\/p>\n<h4>Einfach Pause machen oder auf das Wetter einstellen?<\/h4>\n<p>Pausen sind keine gute Ideen. Sportmediziner gehen davon aus, dass recht schnell Leistung verloren geht wenn man ein oder zwei Wochen pausiert. Dementsprechend hat dein K\u00f6rper jetzt, gerade bei l\u00e4ngerer sportlicher Belastung, auch h\u00f6heren Fl\u00fcssigkeitsbedarf. Vor dem Rudern etwa 2-3 Gl\u00e4ser (0.5ltr). Ich trinke ca. alle 15 Minuten auf dem Wasser. <\/p>\n<p>Ich lege in meine Trinkflasche immer etwas Magnesium oder Natrium Brausetabletten. Ist vielleicht ein Tick von mir. So sorge ich f\u00fcr meinen Mineralien Haushalt. <\/p>\n<p>Wenn es irgendwie geht versuche nicht an Deine Leistungsgrenzen zu gehen. Wenigstens nicht an diesen extrem heissen Tagen.
