Welchen positiven Effekt hier Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmittel wie zum Beispiel <strong><a href=\"\/?p=42564\">Kreatin<\/a><\/strong> haben ist in diesem Forum eingehend <strong><a href=\"\/?p=49056\">beschrieben worden.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Mehrer Rennen pro Regatta<\/h4>\n<p>Steinacker beantwortet auch indirekt eine Frage die ich mir immer schon gestellt habe: Warum kann mein Freund Michael bei den World Masters drei bis vier 1000 Meter Rennen rudern. Wie regeneriert er sich?. \u201eEs ist m\u00f6glich, mehrere 1000-Meter-Rennen zu fahren und sich trotzdem zu erholen, wie es viele Master-Ruderer tun\u201c, sagt Steinacker. Der K\u00f6rper erreicht seinen maximalen Sauerstoffverbrauch und einen maximalen Laktatpunkt, ist jedoch nicht gezwungen, auf diesem Niveau zu bleiben. Am Ende des 1000-Meter-Rennens kann sich der K\u00f6rper schneller erholen. Steinacker weist auch darauf hin, dass bei einem 1000-Meter-Rennen die Rudertechnik einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Einfluss haben kann. W\u00e4hrend beide Strecken k\u00f6rperlich anstrengend sind, m\u00fcssen die Athleten beim Rudern \u00fcber 2000 m tiefer in ihre Reserven vordringen. Sie m\u00fcssen lernen, Laktat im Blut zu tolerieren und die richtige Rudertechnik beizubehalten, wenn die Effizienz abnimmt.
