Verletzungen in unserem Sport. Wie anf\u00e4llig sind wir f\u00fcr Verletzungen wenn wir unseren Sport aus\u00fcben? Eine Studie des British Journal of Medicin aus England:<\/p>\n<h4>Verletzungsrisiko bei Ruderern gering<\/h4>\n<p>Das Rudern ist aufgrund der gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen und sto\u00dffreien Bewegungen normalerweise kein verletzungsanf\u00e4lliger Sport. Doch wie eine 1-j\u00e4hrige Studie irischer Wissenschaftler an Eliteruderern zeigt, ist auch diese Sportart keineswegs ganz gegen Verletzungsrisiken gefeit.<\/p>\n<h4>Der Test<\/h4>\n<p>Die Wissenschaftler verfolgten die Fortschritte von 20 international startenden Ruderern, die zum Kader des irischen Ruderverbands geh\u00f6ren. Besonders interessant war hier die Beziehung zwischen der Verletzungsh\u00e4ufigkeit und Art bzw. Umfang des durchgef\u00fchrten Trainings. Die Ruderer wurden im monatlichen Rhythmus befragt und die Trainings- und Wettkampfdaten, sowie die aufgetretenen Verletzungen erfasst.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_48634\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-48634\" style=\"width: 180px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/bigstock-human-back-pain-spinal-cord-sk-11852084.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-48634 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/bigstock-human-back-pain-spinal-cord-sk-11852084-180x180.jpg\" alt=\" width=\"180\" height=\"180\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 180px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 180\/180;\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-48634\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Schmerzen im Lendenbereich: Credit Harward medical<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Die Studie kam zu folgendem Ergebnis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Die durchschnittliche Verletzungsrate lag bei 3,67 pro 1000 Stunden; \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten wurden insgesamt 44 Verletzungen registriert.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Im Durchschnitt verletzte sich jeder Sportler in diesen 12 Monaten 2,2 Mal.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Am h\u00e4ufigsten kam es zu Verletzungen im Bereich der Lendenwirbels\u00e4ule (31,8 % der Gesamtverletzungen), danach folgten Verletzungen des Knies (15,9 % der Gesamtverletzungen) und der Halswirbels\u00e4ule (11,3 % der Gesamtverletzungen).<\/li>\n<li>Die H\u00e4lfte der Verletzungen (22, also 50 % aller berichteten Verletzungen) betrafen die\u00a0Wirbels\u00e4ule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Verletzungsrisiko durch Ergometer:<\/h4>\n<p>Bei genauer Analyse der Daten stellten die Forscher einen eindeutigen Zusammenhang zwischen der Trainingsbelastung auf dem\u00a0Ruderergometer\u00a0und dem Verletzungsrisiko fest.\u00a0Ein Datenvergleich ergab, dass das Verletzungsrisiko f\u00fcr\u00a0 Ruderer h\u00f6her war, als f\u00fcr Sportler der meisten anderen Nicht-Kontakt-Sportarten, und sogar einiger Kontakt-Sportarten. Also wieder die Ergos.<\/p>\n<p>Angesichts des relativ hohen Risikos f\u00fcr Verletzungen im Bereich der Lendenwirbels\u00e4ule und des deutlichen Zusammenhangs zwischen Verletzungen und Trainingsumfang auf dem Ergometer, empfahlen die Wissenschaftler, weitere Untersuchungen durchzuf\u00fchren, um die Verletzungsh\u00e4ufigkeit zu reduzieren.
