Bei normalen K\u00f6rpertypen sollte man beachten, dass es beim Rudern mit zu viel Druck auf Schultern, Armen und R\u00fccken, zu schweren Verletzungen kommen kann. Demnach sollten etwa 60% der Kraft durch die Beine, 20% durch die Ziehbewegung mit den Armen und 20% durch das Anspannen der Bauchmuskeln erzeugt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Fehler #3: Zu viele Muskelgruppen werden zur gleichen Zeit mit voller Kraft benutzt.<\/p>\n<p>Hier ein Weltklasse Athlet der zu hause einen Ergometer hat.<\/p>\n<p>Das gleichzeitige Anspannen der Beine und Arme mag sich toll anf\u00fchlen, ist aber eine sehr schlechte Technik zum Rudern. Experten empfehlen, sich zuerst auf die Beine zu konzentrieren, dann den R\u00fccken zu schwenken und schlie\u00dflich die Arme an die Brust zu ziehen. Wenn Sie die volle Kompression wieder erreicht haben, werden Ihre H\u00e4nde von der Brust weggezogen. Dann kehren Sie die Reihenfolge um, damit Sie wieder in die Ausgangsposition gelangen.
