Diese Technik heisst \u201cnur mit den Beinen und dem R\u00fccken rudern\u201d. Machen Sie in dem Stil 20 Schl\u00e4ge und danach 20 Schl\u00e4ge auf normale Art. Fragen Sie Ihren Trainer, ob er die Einstellungen \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen kann.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn Sie dann fortgeschrittener sind, fragen Sie mal Ihren Trainer nach der \u00dcbung &#8222;Slide Progression from Front Stops\u201d.
