Zwei Ansichten die unterschiedlich bewertet werden. Meine Ruderkollegen, die allesamt Masters sind, haben sehr unterschiedliche Auffassung \u00fcber diese These: Wie rudere ich am besten im Training und wie bereite ich mich vern\u00fcnftig auf Reegatten vor. Wir von Rowperfect haben versucht die ein oder andere Aussage zu unterst\u00fctzen oder zu belegen. F\u00fcndig geworden sind wir bei der Firma BIOROW, die seit Jahren Rudertechniken analysiert.<\/p>\n<p>In Sarasota startete die erste WM nach der Olympiade. Die Wetterbedingungen waren ok, nicht immer optimal. Dennoch konnte man die Schlagzahlen im Vergleich zu den Vorjahren ablesen (Fig.1). Das Ergebnis vorweg: Die Durchschnittgeschwindigkeit der Gewinnerboote war die 13. schnellste innerhalb der letzten 25 Jahren. Also konnte man die Wetterbedingungen gut in den Messungen neutralisieren.<\/p>\n<h3>Die richtige Schlagzahl im Boot?<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/biorow-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/biorow-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 480px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 480\/90;\"><\/a><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"http:\/\/biorow.com\/image\/catalog\/rbn2017\/rbn_2017_09_tab1.jpg\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" \/>Man <\/p>\n<p>sieht ganz generell in dieser Tabelle einen Anstieg der Schlagzahlen in den Gewinnerbooten. Jedes Jahr steigt die Schlagzahl im Boot um etwa 0.37% . Klar, der gr\u00f6sste Anstieg wurde in den Vierern und in den Achtern gemessen. Der langsamste Anstieg in den Skullbooten.<\/p>\n<h3>Die Schlagzahl im Boot steigt an<\/h3>\n<p>Die Veranstaltung in Sarasota zeigt, dass die Schlagzahl im Boot steigt. Waren es im Durchschnitt\u00a0 2010 noch 31.1 Schl\u00e4ge, 37.4 in 2014, so liegen die Schl\u00e4ge heute bei 39.1 Schl\u00e4gen pro Minute. Der gr\u00f6sste Anstieg wurde bei den M\u00e4nnern in den <a href=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Biorow-2-bn_2017_09_fig2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\"  data-src=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Biorow-2-bn_2017_09_fig2.jpg\" alt=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 480px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 480\/201;\"><\/a>Skullbooten (+3.2 Schl\u00e4ge) und bei den Leichtgewichten gefunden (+2.3). (Fig.2). Die Skuller im Einer steigen nicht so stark an, ebensowenig wie die Frauen an den Riemen. Wir sind mal gespannt, ob dies ein Trend ist der in den n\u00e4chsten Jahren so weiter geht oder eine Kehrtwende stattfindet.<\/p>\n<h3>Gewinner mit hohen Schlagzahlen<\/h3>\n<p>Interessant jedoch: Fast alle Gewinnerboote hatten die h\u00f6chste Schlagzahl im Boot.<a href=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Biorow-3-09_tab2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Biorow-3-09_tab2.jpg\" alt=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 480px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 480\/295;\"><\/a> Teilweise deutlich h\u00f6her als die Mitkonkurrenten. Im Gegensatz zu den Vorjahren.<\/p>\n<p>Was sagt nun die Variation der Kraft und der Schlagzahl w\u00e4hrend des Rennen aus?.<\/p>\n<p>Die Gewinner Crews hatten am wenigsten Abweichung vom Durchschnittschlag. Besonders im Mittelteil, also zwischen 1000-17500 Meter sind die Crews weniger eingefallen als die Konkurrenten. Hier werden offensichtlich viele Rennen entschieden. Gewinner sind in dieser Phase schneller als der Wettbewerb.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Biorow-4-rbn_2017_09_tab3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\"  data-src=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Biorow-4-rbn_2017_09_tab3-330x121.jpg\" alt=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 330px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 330\/121;\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Was ist nun unser Fazit:<\/h3>\n<p>Die Gewinnerboote haben einen etwas h\u00f6heren Schlag als die Konkurrenten. Vor Allem aber k\u00f6nnen Sie diesen h\u00f6heren Schlag l\u00e4nger halten. Ihre Abweichungen innerhalb der 2000 Meter Distanz sind kleiner. Zwar sind Gewinner am Start nicht immer diejenigen mit dem h\u00f6chsten Schlag, w\u00e4hrend des Rennens aber schon.\u00a0 So fallen die letztplazierten durch den h\u00f6chsten Startschlag auf. Generell glauben wir, das dieses &#8222;Durchhalteverm\u00f6gen der Siegercrews&#8220; wahrscheinlich viel \u00fcber das Training der Teams aussagt und \u00fcber deren Muskelzustand w\u00e4hrend des Rennens<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcbrigens: Wenn Ihr Eure Schlagzahl vern\u00fcnftig messen wollt &#8230; hier im<a href=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/shop\/electronics\/gps-electronics\/coxmate-gps\/\">\u00a0<strong>Shop<\/strong> <\/a>gibt es verschiedene Optionen.
