Auch im Handgelenk entwickeln sich die Gelenkschmerzen beim Rudern langsam und schleichend.<\/h3>\n<p>Das heisst, dass sich Schmerzen im Handgelenk im Laufe der Zeit langsam entwickeln und immer weiter schreiten. Zun\u00e4chst kaum bemerkbar, bis sie dann wirklich wehtun.\u00a0Wir haben bei einem Arzt in einer Sportklinik nachgefagt und er hat uns einige Regeln genannt, die ein Ruderer oder Ruderin beachten sollte:<\/p>\n<h3>Regeln f\u00fcr Gelenkschmerzen beim Rudern<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Sobald Ihr den Verdacht habt, geht zum Arzt.<\/li>\n<li>Wartet nicht zu lange. Immer schnell behandeln lassen<\/li>\n<li>Ruhe oder Ice Packs sind keine Behandlung, es hilft aber es ist keine professionelle Therapie<\/li>\n<li>Ein &#8222;Hausarzt&#8220; in Deiner Family ist NICHT immer der bester Berater<\/li>\n<li>Geh zu einem Sportarzt. Der kennt sich aus.<\/li>\n<li>Und wenn es dann wirklich so ist: Sei flei\u00dfig mit der Reha<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wenn Du ein Trainer bist: &#8211; integriere den oder die verletzten Athleten in das Gruppentraining, damit sie nicht das Gef\u00fchl haben, dass sie fehlen oder aus dem Boot fliegen.<\/p>\n<h3>Hier die meisten Ursachen von Handgelenksverletzungen beim Skullen und Riemenrudern<\/h3>\n<p>Ich fand diese US- Text\/Information die Ihr unten seht ganz interessant (<a  href=\"https:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/anthonyfanning\/prevention-of-rowing-injury?qid=6cc9e72e-d97e-4535-bf34-6d6d7ab98b7d v= b= from_search=36\">US Rowing slide deck by Anthony Fanning<\/a>\u00a0Anthony Fanning) \u00fcber die Verletzungen am Handgelenk.<\/p>\n<p>Ursachen sind haupts\u00e4chlich repetitives Auf\/und Abdrehen\u00a0 (Du drehst nicht sauber ab, bleibst h\u00e4ngen, &#8230; siehe unsere Seite f\u00fcr Sculling und Sweep &#8211; das Sauberes Abdrehen)<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiterer Grund: Die Rudergriffe sind zu gro\u00df f\u00fcr Ihre Handgr\u00f6\u00dfe. Griffe liegen zwischen 32 und 37 mm. Checke mal nach.<\/p>\n<p>Grund Nummer drei ist nat\u00fcrlich auch die Griffhaltung. Wie sollten Sie den Rudergriff halten? Ein sch\u00f6ner Satz zur Beschreibung des Griffs ist: &#8222;Haltet den Skull wie einen kleinen Vogel, fest genug, um zu verhindern, dass er entkommt, aber locker genug, um ihn nicht zu verletzen.&#8220; Das h\u00f6rte ich zuerst von Tony O&#8217;Connor aus Irland und Christ&#8217;s College Neuseeland. Also, die Skulls oder Riemen leicht festhalten, nicht fest umklammern.<\/p>\n<p>Und was man nat\u00fcrlich nicht vergessen darf &#8230;. Die Anlage muss stimmen. 4Grad sind oft Standard. Je gr\u00f6\u00dfer der Anlagewinkel ist\u00a0desto schwerer l\u00e4\u00dft sich das Blatt abdrehen. Das solltet Ihr im Verein immer mal wieder kontrollieren\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Was sagt der Exerte?<\/h3>\n<p>Unser Experten-Coach Duncan Hollands sagt dazu (<a href=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/rowing-stroke-cycle-part-6-grip\/\">correct rowing grip<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Skulls: &#8211; der Griff wird locker mit den Fingern gehalten, so dass die zweiten, hinteren Kn\u00f6chel nach vorne zeigen. Beide Handgelenke sind flach.<\/p>\n<p>Riemen &#8211; Hier hat die Au\u00dfenhand einen statischen Griff. Das Handgelenk bleibt flach, die Finger bleiben ruhig. Tats\u00e4chlich ist der Griff fast wie ein Haken. Deine Hand dreht sich als Haken mit. Beim Wasserfassen und Durchzug bleibt das Hangelenk flach und bildet eine Linie mit dem Arm. Meist sind Handgelenksthemen das Resultat von nach vorne &#8222;gebogenen Haken oder zu feste und verkrampfte Handhaltung der Ruder. Vielleicht ist es eine Idee am Boot oder deinem Skiff kurzzeitig einen Schwimmer (<a href=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/fitting-a-wraptor-balance-in-2-minutes\/\">Wraptor Balance on a single)<\/a>\u00a0an den Ausleger festzumachen.
