Ausserdem sagt er ich ziehe Steuerbord h\u00f6her. Ich habe mich gefragt, ob Sie irgendwelche Ideen haben, warum das passiert oder was ich tun k\u00f6nnte, um das Problem zu beheben. Vielmehr auf \u00dcbungen die Kr\u00e4mpfe zu l\u00f6sen.\u00a0Du sagst nicht, ob du Riemen oder Skulls nutzt.\u00a0 Ich gehe davon aus, dass du Sculler bist. In Bezug auf zu fest halten &#8211; versuche &#8222;Klavier spielen&#8220; w\u00e4hrend du in der Erholungsphase (Vorrollen) bist.
