Schauen wir uns mal an, was Experten sagen.<\/p>\n<h4>Ziele verfolgen, ohne dabei den Spa\u00df aus den Augen zu verlieren<\/h4>\n<p>Sportwissenschaftler gehen heutzutage davon aus, dass die mental h\u00e4rtesten Ruderer einen kristallklaren Blick auf ihr Endziel haben, also eine greifbare Leistung wie eine bestimmte Rennzeit oder Teamauswahl. Sie schaffen es auch, ihre Ziele zu verfolgen, ohne dabei die Freude und Liebe f\u00fcr den Sport aus den Augen zu verlieren. Also wahrscheinlich genau die Aspekte des Ruderns, die sie in erster Linie zum Training und Wettkampf motiviert haben.<\/p>\n<p>Einer der schwierigsten Aspekte der Zielsetzung f\u00fcr Ruderer ist, dass die Prozesse die zum Ziel f\u00fchren oftmals nicht wirklich gekl\u00e4rt sind. Um die beste Leistung zu erzielen (inklusive Vorbereitung und Wettkampf), muss man wissen, was kontrolliert werden kann, also was wir beeinflussen und was wir nicht beeinflussen k\u00f6nnen. Dabei spielen alle m\u00f6glichen Kategorien der Ruderleistung (zum Beispiel das Wetter, die Ergebnisse oder die Umgebung wie flaches Wasser oder R\u00fccken- oder Gegenwind) eine Rolle. Und als Ruderer hat man nur \u00fcber einen Aspekt absolut volle Kontrolle, und das ist der eigene Aufwand.<\/p>\n<h4>Was ist euer Ziel?<\/h4>\n<p>Wichtig ist es euer Ziel mit dem Weg dorthin zu kombinieren. Es wichtig auch kleine Fortschritte zu \u00fcberwachen, ggf. anzupassen. Um dies zu erreichen solltet ihr euch zu Beginn eine visuelle Karte eurer j\u00e4hrlichen\/saisonalen Ziele erstellen. F\u00fcr eine Leichtgewichtsruderin k\u00f6nnte ein solches Ziel eine Zeit von 8 Minuten im 2-km-Rennen sein.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald ein solches Ergebnisziel festgelegt wurde, solltet ihr euren monatlichen Fortschritt kontinuierlich \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Eine \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung eurer monatlichen Ziele zeigt euch auf, wenn ihr eure Leistung anpassen solltet.\u00a0Ein Testrudern auf dem Ergo am Ende eines Trainingsmonats sind ein guter Ansatz um einen monatlichen Fortschritt aufzuzeigen.<\/p>\n<p>Da der &#8222;Aufwand&#8220; als der einzige kontrollierbare Aspekt eurer Leistung angesehen werden kann, ist der letzte Aspekt der \u201eZielsetzung\u201c eine Aufzeichnung dar\u00fcber, wieviel &#8222;Aufwand\u201c jede Woche aufgewendet werden kann. Dazu geh\u00f6ren alle Aspekte der Wettkampfvorbereitung.
