Hierzu f\u00fchrt ihr 3 komplette Ruderschl\u00e4ge aus und macht dann nach dem dritten Schlag eine Pause aus. Haltet dabei die Ruderbl\u00e4tter \u00fcber dem Wasser. Jetzt dr\u00fcckt ihr die Griffe zweimal nach unten &#8211; die Ruderbl\u00e4tter im Zwischenschritt nur kurz auf dem Wasser aufsetzen lassen und wieder hoch. Ihr sp\u00fcrt also das ganze Gewicht der Ruder wieder in euren Armen. Nach dem ihr die Ruder zweimal auf dem Wasser aufsetzen lasst, f\u00fchrt 2 komplette Schl\u00e4ge aus und macht die \u00dcbung erneut.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\">Was ist ein guter Weg diese \u00dcbung weiterzugeben?<\/h4>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"de\">Um diese \u00dcbung einem Ruderer beizubringen, lasst den Athleten in einer station\u00e4ren Positionen sitzen &#8211; die Arme und Beine ausgestreckt und die Ruder flach auf dem Wasser. Jetzt m\u00fcssen die Rudergriffe nach unten gedr\u00fcckt werden &#8211; \u00a0achtet jetzt wirklich darauf, dass dies komplett symmetrisch passiert, damit das Boot im Gleichgewicht bleibt. Diese \u00dcbung muss <strong>VIEL\/<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"de\"><strong>OFT\/(das Wort eurer Wahl f\u00fcr oft)<\/strong> wiederholt werden. Die Idee dahinter ist, dass der Ruderer lernt mit dem Gewicht der Ruder toll vertraut zu werden. Dadurch f\u00fchlt es sich sp\u00e4ter vollkommen nat\u00fcrlich an, dass Gleichgewicht zu halten.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"de\">Fahrt dann mit der gleichen Bewegung wie bei einer Pausen-\u00dcbung fort. F\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger ist es gut, das Wasser mit den Bl\u00e4ttern zu ber\u00fchren, also kurz einzutauchen.
