Heute schauen wir uns mal die Pausen\u00fcbung an!<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"de\">Wir haben eine E-Mail mit folgender Frage erhalten: &#8222;Wie halte ich meine Ruder vom Wasser fern?&#8220;<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"de\">Ohne ein Video von deiner Rudertechnik anzuschauen, ist es schwer zu beantworten \u2013 aber der wichtigste Punkt ist, sich mit der Handhabung der Ruder vertraut zu machen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Die \u00dcbung, die hier wohl am besten hilft, ist die Pausen\u00fcbung &#8211; das Pausenpaddeln. Macht einzelne Ruderschl\u00e4ge mit 2-3 Sekunden Pause dazwischen. Beginnt jeden Ruderschlag mit einer Pause \u2013 Ruderbl\u00e4tter flach auf dem Wasser \u2013 Griffe am K\u00f6rper.<\/p>\n<p>Streckt dann eure H\u00e4nde aus (Arme und Beine dabei gerade halten).<\/p>\n<p>Versucht dann euren Griff zu verst\u00e4rken \u2013 Die Anstrengung verdoppeln sozusagen. Aber um das tun zu k\u00f6nnen m\u00fcsst ihr die ersten beiden Schritte gut beherrschen. \u00dcberanstrengt euch nicht und \u00fcberfordert euren K\u00f6rper nicht.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fchrt dann einen Ruderschlag aus und entspannt eure H\u00e4nde, w\u00e4hrend sie am weitesten vom K\u00f6rper entfernt sind. Dann greift wieder zu und dr\u00fcckt die Ruder aus dem Wasser. Legt sie dann wieder auf das Wasser bevor ihr einen neuen Ruderschlag ausf\u00fchrt und beginnt von vorn. Einfach ausgedr\u00fcckt, ihr macht einen Zwischenschritt zwischen euren Ruderschl\u00e4gen.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald ihr beide Griffe nach unten dr\u00fcckt und die Ruderbl\u00e4tter dabei Zeit gleich aus dem Wasser heben k\u00f6nnt, ist das ein Zeichen, dass ihr eure F\u00e4higkeiten verbessert habt und lernt mit dem Gewicht der Ruder umzugehen.<\/p>\n<p>Von dieser Grundlage aus, gibt es dann einen weiteren Schritt. Macht dazu zwei Pausen w\u00e4hrend eures Ruderschlags &#8211; eine am Ende eures Schlags und eine w\u00e4hrend die H\u00e4nde weg vom K\u00f6rper sind. Dr\u00fcckt w\u00e4hrend der ersten Pause eure Griffe mit genauso viel Druck nach unten wie ihr Anfangs bei der ersten \u00dcbung angewendet habt. Nur diesmal nach unten um in eure zweite Pausenposition zu gelangen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ruder sollten dabei \u00fcber dem Wasser bleiben und die Griffe beschreiben eine Kurve wie bei einem J &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/rowperfect.co.uk\/de\/the-j-curve-drill-in-sculling\/\">Die J-Kurven-\u00dcbung<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald euch diese \u00dcbung ohne Probleme gelingt, w\u00e4hrend die Bl\u00e4tter ausserhalb des Wassers liegen, k\u00f6nnt ihr noch eine Schippe drauflegen. Haltet dabei eure H\u00e4nde w\u00e4hrend des ganzen Vorgangs so tief im Boot wie m\u00f6glich.
