Lasst uns dazu heute mal die &#8222;J-Kurven-\u00dcbung&#8220; anschauen (Nicht nur f\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger geeignet)!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><strong><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"de\">Diese \u00dcbung hilft dabei, die korrekte Griffbewegung am Ende des Ruderschlag durchzuf\u00fchren und gleichzeitig das Boot im Gleichgewicht zu halten<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"de\">Die \u00dcbung beginnt wenn eure Ruder unter Wasser sind und die Griffe am unteren Ende eures Rippenbogens liegen (am Ende des Ruderschlags also). Am Besten klappt es wenn das Boot ganz ruhig auf dem Wasser liegt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><strong><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"de\">Die \u00dcbung umfasst 3 Schritte:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"de\"><strong>Schritt 1.<\/strong>\u00a0 Ihr hebt die Ruder gerade so weit aus dem Wasser, dass nur die Spitzen des Blattes aus dem Wasser schauen. Dann wieder loslassen und ins Wasser eintauchen lassen. Hoch und Runter. Mehrfach wiederholen. Dadurch verbessert ihr euren Gleichgewichtssinn, \u00fcberpr\u00fcft und verbessert eure Handhaltung am Ruder, und macht sogar ein wenig Oberarmtraining.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"de\"><strong>Schritt 2.<\/strong> \u00a0Hebt die Ruder aus dem Wasser und streckt dabei eure Arme aus, geht also in die &#8222;H\u00e4nde-weg&#8220; Position. Dabei die Ruder federn lassen. Richtig durchgef\u00fchrt, trainiert ihr so eure Balance. Und jetzt immer wieder hoch und runter bewegen, um wieder ein Gef\u00fchl f\u00fcrs Gleichgewicht zu bekommen. Bei Anf\u00e4ngern kann diese \u00dcbung auch so enden, dass die Ruderbl\u00e4tter flach auf dem Wasser liegen, falls das Boot anfangs zu unruhig ist.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"de\"><strong>Schritt 3. \u00a0<\/strong>Hebt die Ruder aus dem Wasser und streckt die Arme aus. \u00dcbertreibt aber jetzt die Bewegung soweit, dass eure Bewegung ein J formt. Wenn ihr die \u00dcbung durchgef\u00fchrt habt, geht in die Endposition des Ruderschlags zur\u00fcck, und lasst die Ruder wieder ins Wasser eintauchen. Auch hier wieder viele, viele Wiederholungen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\">\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"de\">Versucht die J-Kurve in euren normalen Ruderschlag zu integrieren. Wenn das Boot jetzt zu sehr wackelt, legt eure Ruderbl\u00e4tter flach aufs Wasser und stabilisiert euch wieder. Langfristig sollte aber eine Stabilisierung eintreten, so dass ein R\u00fcckschritt zu flachen Bl\u00e4ttern auf dem Wasser nicht mehr n\u00f6tig sein wird.
