Troy Howell beschreibt zwei Arten von Menschen und deren Ruderethik:<\/p>\n<p>Nr. 1:\u00a0\u00a0 fragt sich jeden Tag aufs Neue, ob er gut genug f\u00fcr seine Mannschaft ist. Selbst wenn er gute Gr\u00fcnde hat zu glauben, der Beste zu sein, arbeitet er tagt\u00e4glich an sich. Damit man sich jederzeit auf ihn verlassen kann.<\/p>\n<p>Nr. 2:\u00a0\u00a0 fragt sich st\u00e4ndig, ob seine Mannschaft gut genug f\u00fcr ihn ist. Selbst wenn er der talentierteste, st\u00e4rkste und fitteste Ruderer ist; f\u00fcr eine Mannschaft ist er pures Gift.<\/p>\n<h3>Ruderethik:<\/h3>\n<p>Schaut, dass ihr letzteren Typ unbedingt loswerdet. Selbst wenn das bedeutet, euch von eurem besten Ruderer zu trennen.\u00a0Ich kennen einen Coach in Deutschland der fackelt nicht lange. Wenn er diese Einstellung im Boot h\u00f6rt fliegen die Ruderer aus dem Boot<\/p>\n<p>Mein Kollege Ric Ricci hat auf dem College mit seinem Partner im Doppel viele Rennen gewonnen, unter Anderem auch IRAs. Er hat die Thematik sehr gut auf den Punkt gebracht: \u201eImmer, wenn etwas schiefgelaufen ist, habe ich den Fehler bei mir gesucht und mein Partner bei sich. Wenn man anf\u00e4ngt mit dem Finger auf Andere zu zeigen, hat man verloren und kann eigentlich gleich aufh\u00f6ren.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Darauf k\u00f6nnt ihr Gift nehmen. Setzt deshalb lieber auf eine Mannschaft, die sich vertraut und gerne zusammen rudert. Im Gegensatz zu einem Boot voller Kerle, in dem sich jeder f\u00fcr den Besten h\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p>Ruderethik und Vertrauen ist das A und O.
