Wenn ja, worauf muss ich achten? \u2013 Shane Flynn<\/p>\n<p>Gute Frage, Shane!\u00a0 Udo Lindenberg, ein Deutscher Rockstar sang vor vielen Jahren ein Lied mit dem Titel, &#8222;Leider nur ein Vacuum&#8220;. Er wusste nicht wie wichtig das &#8222;Vacuum&#8220; hinter dem durchgezogen Blatt f\u00fcr uns als Ruderer ist. Image Credit: Tanzafari<\/p>\n<p>Physiker behaupten, dass es keinen Unterschied macht, ob das Ruderblatt einen Wirbel erzeugt oder nicht.\u00a0\u00a0Die Kraft, mit der das Boot bewegt wird, bleibt die Gleiche. Deshalb ist es wohl auch kein Problem, wenn die Wirbel unsauber und vor dem Blatt voller Schaum sind. Stimmt das?<\/p>\n<p>Beim coachen meiner Crews gilt: Tiefe, saubere Strudel zu hinterlassen. Wir meinen, es soll sich die Blattoberkante im Durchzug gerade unter der Wasseroberfl\u00e4che befinden. Mit dem Durchzug erzeugen wir einen Wasserberg, wie Nolte es nennt. Ordentlich Vorschub und einen Wasserberg erzeugen, damit gleichzeitig hinter dem Blatt ein Wasservacuum entsteht. Schaum am Wasserberg ist unn\u00f6tig. Und Schaumkronen will ich nur auf meinem Bier!<\/p>\n<p>Ich bin mir sicher, dass das Boot sich schneller bewegt, wenn man das Ruderblatt zum richtigen Zeitpunkt sauber einsetzt, Kraft auf das Blatt legt, viel Kraft auf den Innenhebel aus\u00fcbt und dann wieder sauber aushebt. Diese Art zu rudern hinterl\u00e4sst gro\u00dfe, tiefe Wasserwirbel und ein sch\u00f6nes Vacuum. Die Holl\u00e4nder sagen \u00fcbrigens die perfekte Form des Wasserbergs und des Vacuums hat die Form eines Elefanten Hintern: gro\u00df, dunkel und tief.<\/p>\n<p>Coaching Massnahmen &#8211; je nach Form des Lochs beim Ruderschlag?<\/p>\n<p>Die Tiefe des Vacuums und der Wasserberg sagen meist etwas \u00fcber den Krafteinsatz der Ruderer aus. Gerade beim Achter.
