Regel &#8211; Wenn der Schmerz eintritt, schaue um welche Art es sich handelt:\u00a0 Ist es ein stechender Schmerz oder ein dumpfes Zwicken, oder ein anhaltender tiefer dumpfer Schmerz. Bei scharfem und stechenden Schmerzen solltest Du dir Sorgen machen. M\u00f6glicherweises ist die Struktur und das Muskelgewebe in Deinem R\u00fccken verletzt ist. Mit scharfen, stechenden Schmerzen sollte man nicht rudern und schnell anlegen.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 2. Regel &#8211; Wenn Du mit Schmerzen ruderst und die Schmerzen schlimmer werden, sind die Chancen gross, dass Schaden angerichtet wird. Ein kleines Ziehen im R\u00fccken w\u00e4hrend des Trainings kann normal sein. Oftmals verschwindet es nach wenigen Minuten. Oder es kommt wieder wenn Du aus dem Boot steigst. Beobachte das Ziehen. Generell ist dies nicht besorgniserregend.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 3. Regel &#8211; Schmerzen, die nach dem Training bleiben:\u00a0 Wenn es nach dem Rudern zieht oder sticht und dies nicht aufh\u00f6rt muss man auf seinen K\u00f6rper h\u00f6ren und erstmal beobachten was passiert. Nach 48 Std sollte der Schmerz verschwunden sein: Wenn nicht m\u00fcssen die Alarmglocken angehen. Lass Dich sich von einem Arzt oder Therapeuten beraten.<\/p>\n<p>Ich versuche Dir ein paar Regeln zu geben, an denen du Dich orientieren kannst. Viele junge Menschen, U17 oder U19 sind sich nicht sicher. Ist es M\u00fcdigkeit, Verkrampfung, oder eher eine schwerwiegende Verletzung.\u00a0 Ein Gespr\u00e4ch mit den Eltern ist hilfreich ebenso wie mit dem Coach. Und wenn es dann wirklich \u00fcber Tage weh tut &#8211; dann spreche mit dem Arzt.
