Beginner core exercises
- The Dog – (3 variations)
- Front Plank – (1-4mins)
- Side Plank – (45sec-3mins swap sides)
- Fit-ball Leg Lift – (10-30 on each leg – 3 Variations)
- Alternate Leg Lower – (10 On each leg through to 30)
- Crunches – (20-50, can use weight for extra pain)
